At RealTech, we want you to shop with confidence. In the event that you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return policy
Eligibility for return and exchange
You are eligible for a return if
- The item you received was damaged, defective or incorrect at the time of delivery
- The product is UNUSED in its original packaging,with all accessories and tags intact.
- The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the item
Items not eligible for return
We do not accept returns if:
- The item is used or out of its original packaging, missing any accessories or tags.
- The return request is made after 7 days of receiving the item
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Return/Refund Process
- Contact our customer support via Whatsapp, Instagram or Facebook.
- Mention the order number, and reason for return/exchange with any visual evidence you may have taken
- Once approved, ship the product back to RealTech
- After RealTech has received the item, it will be inspected and once approved, a refund or replacement will be made within 5-7 business days.
Refund Method
In the event that your refund request is approved, the amount will either be issued to your back account or given to you via store credit, according to your preference.
Shipping Cost for Return/Exchange
In the case that the item is returned due to defective, damaged or incorrect, RealTech will bear the shipping expenses for return/exchange.
If the request is made by the customer due to personal preference (change of mind), the customer will bear the shipping expenses which will be adjusted from the amount to be refunded.
